Returns and Exchanges Policy

Yara Brazilian Hair Extensions is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. In the rare instance that you may find dissatisfaction with our products and need to request a return or exchange, please refer to our Return/Exchange policy below. 

Yara Brazilian Hair Extensions extensions are 100% human hair and are considered a hygienic product by law. For the safety of the public and our customers, products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are opened or tampered with.

Purchases made through our online website can be returned if the following conditions are met:

  • Order is within 30 days from the purchase date.

  • Item is in its original condition and can be resold.

  • Item is unopened or tampered with and in its original packaging.

  • Items that are refunded in the form of original payment will be charged a $10 restocking fee. 

  • Items returned for store credit or exchange will not be charged a restocking fee.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Yara Brazilian Hair Extensions unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All clearance items are final sale.

  •  Once a return is requested you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps for the return.

  • A printable prepaid return label and return number will be issued (shipping fee will be deducted from return credit).

  • A confirmation email will be sent when the item is processed.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is received to process.

  • We can only accept returns with our prepaid return label. The original invoice must be included in the package.

  • Package must be postmarked and returned within 7 days from receiving the return label.
